Auto Engineering have accumulated vast experience in the manufacture of a wide range of hinge components primarily for the automotive industry. We manufacture heavy-duty hinges from steel forged products where longevity and strength are important factors and lightweight aluminium cast hinge components where weight ratio is an important consideration.
We machine hinged products on behalf of Customers with final destinations to models that include Land Rover Defender, LDV Maxus and MAN trucks.
We have experience in sourcing, machining and assembly of hinged products from small to medium through to continuous production supplied in a range of Customer specified finishes that include powder coating and zinc plating.
